Half-time sleep talk:
Hardly watched the first half because I was busy sleeping...
Again, something like yesterday's Argentina v Mexico match where I was just opening and shutting my eyes every few minutes. Really thought I wouldn't doze off for this one, but England was simply too boring. Hahaha. All I remember, and am pretty sure of, is that England looks shit. Ecuador don't look any better. They seem overly aggressive, but at least I remember seeing a few chances coming from them... though it was the result of England's mistakes more than their own creativity. Wayne Rooney, the lone striker doesn't seem to get anything..
It's surprising I can come up with comments about the match when I have seen less than half of the half. I was fully awake only for the first 8 minutes or so, and the last 2 minutes of the half.
If you ask me, England needs Crouchy. And also, to wake up their idea. Maybe then they can wake me up...

so... England won, with Becks the hero. Besides that, nothing to cheer about really for England. It was so damn boring! My friend Sathies asked me before the match if I was watching. I said yeah, provided England don't make me doze off halfway. And he being an England fan said they aren't so boring. Oh man. But that was really bad. The most boring match I've seen so far.
I really can't stand England. How do they get away with it all the time? They seem to be going from bad to worse from what I've seen. And yet, they are progressing through the stages... Well, we'll see how they do against Portugal, although with Ronaldo and Deco out for Portugal, it'll probably be easier for them.
England is so boring, I really don't know what else to say... except if you're asking me if I fell asleep in the 2nd half? Yeah, I did.

lol... all of england games have been boring to watch... limited scoring chance. (most of england's chance fallen to Lampard, where he misses all, damn it) Can see this england team to go very far... it is like tian yi lo... Performed poorly but manage to win... Even the useless M.Owen (opps, not to suan u de)oso injured. And Now Portugal will miss Ronaldo, Deco and Costinha for the Qf due to suspension and injuries.. (England will nv beat a full strength portugal team) Maybe Figo will get ban too for headbut..

that's why sometimes watching England just irks me... you see my australia! everytime put in 300% effort, and they like hao bu rong yi then win one. england like anyhow anyhow play, even if ecuador get some decent chances, the opposition still can't take advantage...
england like always talk full of shit, say they'll buck up and all.. but it's like, they always produce the opposite of what u expect. but then again, they're one of the few teams which i see putting in so much less than 100% but still get away with it. and even though u wonder how long their luck will last... sometimes it lasts quite a while. at least, sometimes it does last until they start bucking up and no longer need the luck.
