< It's not orange, not yellow... it's GOLD! >

Ok, what I'm referring to is the colour of the Aussie jersey..
Like Brazil, it's gold with green trims. I know, I know, it's yellow what... but apparently they call it gold!

And yes, I bought the jersey!!!!!!! ARGHHH!!!! It's the first football jersey I've bought (the 2 Liverpool jerseys were birthday present) and also the first Nike apparel I own. And of course... the most expensive piece of clothing I've ever bought...

Ok, that's NOT me! That's my mother... she was trying on my shirt... fits her as well. It's the men's small size after all.

I've been deliberating over buying it for weeks and months before I finally bought it on Saturday... Everyone is like, buying Brazil, England, Spain... and I went to spend my money on AUSTRALIA?! Initially I thought if Harry wasn't going to be fit, I wouldn't buy it, but eventually I realised I'd be supporting Australia all the way, regardless of Harry's presence.

I went to the Nike shop at first, because I saw it there a couple of weeks ago. But you know what, it was sold out! Hahahaha. I forced my boyfriend to ask, because I was too shy. See! Even Brazil wasn't sold out, but Australia's was! What does that tell you?

Ok maybe they just didn't stock that many in the first place...

Then we went to Peninsula Plaza. The stuff there are cheaper, so I got my Aussie jersey at only $95. You know, my brother (who works in Australia) smsed me the other day to inform me of the Aussie jersey price over there. It's like twice the price here...

When I asked (my boyfriend just refused to ask!) the man at the Peninsula Plaza shop whether they had Aussie jersey smallest size... oh man, he made me feel so embarrassed with the way he stared at me! I think he was wondering whether it was me or my boyfriend who wanted it, but he finally seemed to understand it was me who wanted it...

I feel so happy having that jersey now. My 95 bucks!!! How can I not treasure it!! I do hope Australia really do well, so those who laugh at me will eat their words! My boyfriend just couldn't believe I'm "wasting" my money on this piece of cloth. It's golden cloth though, mind you! Hahaha

It'll go straight into my luggage for the trip to Australia next week... I'd probably wear it on the day when the Aussies play Brazil huh... Hehe.
